Our Venue

At Amazing Grace, guests can revel in a spacious downstairs area featuring a main bar, 3D mapping projections, seating, and a dance floor. Additionally, the upper mezzanine level offers a panoramic view of the main space below and a dedicated bar.

Our menu is inspired by Asian cuisine, crafted from the freshest ingredients, and featuring dishes such as Japanese Fried Chicken, Vietnamese Tofu, and Korean Potato Bites. Our drinks menu was carefully curated to compliment our dishes and offers beer, wine, cocktails, and plenty of non-alcoholic options.

Amazing Grace is nestled between The Shard, Borough Market, and London Bridge Station. The venue is housed within the Grade II listed St. Thomas Church, originally erected on this site in 1192.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible, and do you count with accessible facilities? 

We are wheelchair accessible and count with accessible bathrooms on the ground floor only. The mezzanine level is not wheelchair accessible. 

What time does the live entertainment start?

Wednesdays & Thursdays live entertainment times can vary, but usually begin by 6:00 PM. On Fridays and Saturdays, there will be an acoustic solo performance from 7:30, at 9:30 a live band will play, and from 11:30 until close a DJ will play.

Do you offer party packages?

Party packages are available but must be pre-ordered and paid in full 7 days prior to your visit. Party packages are subject to an additional 12.5% service charge fee  to be added to the final bill. What is the dress code?

The dress code is smart casual. Trainers are allowed. Tracksuits and other Sportswear are not allowed. Due to security reasons, we do not allow the use of hats, baseball caps, or hoods pulled over the head or face within the venue. Additionally, clothing that might be considered too revealing, including see-through items, is prohibited. If you have specific questions about our dress code policy, including fancy dress, do not hesitate to contact a member of the team. 

Why am I unable to book online?

This could be due to a ticketed event, private function, or if the venue is fully booked. If you need more information, please feel free to contact us.

What is the music program on Fridays and Saturdays?

Our music program includes Soul, Funk, Hip-hop, R&B, and Disco. For mid-week shows, please refer to our What’s on Page.

Can we bring birthday cakes?

Guests can bring their own cakes. The venue does not bake, cut, serve, or store cakes.  We are unable to receive deliveries for cakes.

Can we decorate the venue?

The venue can be decorated sparingly and without attaching anything to the walls. Confetti cannons are not allowed. Access to the venue for the purposes of decoration will be granted up to half an hour before the time of the reservation or event. 

Are guests under the age of 18 admitted?

We are a strictly over 18+ venue. Government issued ID is required for entry.

Can I increase the number of guests in my booking?

Please contact our reservations team to enquire about availability. We cannot guarantee that bookings can be increased, but we will endeavour to accommodate your party. Mezzanine bookings are monitored, and no more than 100 guests are allowed at any time in that area.

What type of seating arrangement is available for large group bookings?

For group bookings of 20 guests or more, the seating arrangement consists of a mixture of seated and standing room.

Why do you require a is £20 authorization deposit?

The amount will only be charged for no-shows and for cancellations made within 48 hours of the time of the reservation. If you have had a change of plans, please contact us. 

Is there an entrance fee for table bookings? 

There is no entrance fee for table bookings.

Are ID checks required for admittance?

All customers must bring ID to be admitted. 


I believe that I have lost property at the venue. What do I do?

We do not accept responsibility for loss of or damage to personal property within the venue. If you think you have lost something, please write an email to booking@amazinggraceldn.com with your full name, phone number, and description of the item lost and a member of our team will contact you.
